Z-Focus Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Z-Focus application, website, and related services provided by Z-SOFT. By using Z-Focus, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Z-Focus. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms, Z-SOFT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Z-Focus for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with applicable law and the documentation we provide.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Use Z-Focus in violation of law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the app or related services, except where restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Use the service to transmit malware, harmful code, or abusive content.
• Record or process content where you do not have the right or permission to do so.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Z-Focus may offer free features and paid features, including auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple. If you purchase a subscription through Apple, billing and renewal are handled by Apple under your Apple Account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Where required in the app, subscription screens should identify the subscription title, duration, price, and links to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds

For purchases made through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. For any permitted direct purchases outside Apple, the applicable purchase flow or separate agreement will control.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to Z-Focus, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to use, process, store, and share your content through the service.

7. Intellectual property

Z-Focus, its software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by Z-SOFT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-Focus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-SOFT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Z-Focus.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Z-SOFT's principal place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
